For everyday cleaning, gently wipe away dust and dirt with a soft, damp cloth.

For stains, mix warm water with a few drops of mild soap or baby shampoo. Use a clean cloth to gently wipe the affected area, then remove any soap residue with a clean, damp cloth.

Allow the bag to air dry naturally and keep it away from direct sunlight and heat.

When not in use, store your Lilly Carry in its dust bag in a cool, dry place.

Every Lilly Carry comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects.

If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing or material fault within the warranty period, we'll make it right. Depending on the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund.

The warranty covers manufacturing-related issues such as defects with zippers, stitching, hardware or accessories during normal use.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse and damage caused by external factors are not covered.

  • Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging.

    Personalised products with custom initials or other customisation cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.
